Trump declaration of Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution as “phony,” he has demonstrated undisputable evidence that he cannot nor will not honor his oath of office to “faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of [his] Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Having stated he will not follow the supreme law of the country, he much be impeached and removed from office immediately.
